The kitchen is new from top to bottom including all new appliances, dishware, silverware and glasses in 2008. This kitchen is well-equipped for the most discerning chef with amble cookware and any possible appliance from waffle iron to griddle you may need. It is designed for anything thing from a quick snack to a gourmet meal. Whatever you choose the kitchen’s functionality will help you make “good eats" with a quick clean up.

While dinner’s on, re-connect with your kids as you play the latest video games on the Sony Playstation 2 complete with a variety of games. No Kids? Unwind with a cocktail at the wet bar and enjoy the Sony Bravia Surround Sound system with Apple iPod support and DVD movies. Need to keep in touch with the office? Not a problem. Broad band internet access makes it easy to not lose the deal while you catch up on some R&R.

The master bedroom comes complete with cable TV and custom bath with wooden shower enclosure. It’s the closest thing to a boat without leaving the shore line! The spectacular loft area highlights the striking sound and ocean views.
